Hosted clients with a subscription license are provided with 24/7 support.
On-premise clients with a subscription license are provided with 24/7 support.
On-premise clients with a perpetual license are provided with standard support: Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm (local time), excluding public holidays. We do offer upgrades to Monday – Friday 24/ 5 or 24/7, at an additional cost.
We have strictly-followed SLAs in place to ensure our support is identified, responded to and managed efficiently and effectively.
